NYC Emergency Management is issuing a Citywide travel advisory for Wednesday morning into Thursday morning. According to the National Weather Service, remnants of Tropical Storm Ida will bring periods of heavy rain and potential flash flooding beginning Wednesday into Thursday morning, mostly occurring overnight. A total of 5 to 6 inches of rain with wind gusts up to 30 mph are expected.
