Come by Pell and Doyers Street on Friday nights, starting 5pm, and the weekend, to explore the neighborhood and grab an outdoor bite without the hassle of vehicular traffic. Note: Doyers Street is closed to vehicular traffic all week.

In addition to providing businesses throughout the district with umbrellas, tents, and planters for their outdoor seating, the Chinatown BID recently installed lighting to brighten up the street at night, and set up all-day public seating donated by artist Cheryl Wing-Zi Wong, "Constellation," previously part of Art in the Parks, on Pell and Doyers Street.
Suggestions on Dealing with your Landlord and Lease Negotiations (9/10/20)
The Harvard Business School Club of NY (HBSCNY) launched the Recover & Rebuild Initiative and has recruited over 50 HBS Alumni volunteers to work with community businesses and organizations to address the challenge.

Team members will help you:

  • Consider how to evaluate what makes sense for your business;
  • Discuss how to communicate with your landlord; and
  • Offer perspectives on how your business’ success or failure impacts your neighborhood and your landlord.

The session will last an hour and will offer 15 minutes of opportunity for questions and answers. More Info / Register
