Restaurant Inspection Letter Grading
Starting in July 2010, the
NYC Health Department will require certain types of food
service establishments to prominently post letter grades
that correspond to their sanitary inspection scores. During
June, the department will offer free workshops in all five
boroughs to explain the grading program so that
establishment operators can comply with the new rules
