Experience the gentle flowing, movements of Tai Chi and treat your whole body to a gentle and relaxing workout.

"Warm up" exercises to relax the body; / "Qi-gong" to make circulate qi (natural energy) throughout the body; / "Tai-chi (14 postures)," where each posture is designed for attack and protection, but also to improve the circulation of qi for better health; / "Pushing hands," done with two people to help you understand and then practice tai-chi's basic movement.

"Chinglish" opened on Broadway on October 27, 2011 at the Longacre Theatre in New York and Chinamerica Hit Radio was there on opening night and at the after-party. Hear exclusive interviews with Writer, David Hwang; Director, Leigh Silverman; and cast members Angela Lin, Johnny Wu, and Larry Lei Zhang. Put the turkey in the oven, relax and enjoy the excitement of a Broadway opening night.
The "Chinglish" Thanksgiving special will be broadcast on Chinamerica Hit Radio on:
